Policy

VetteSupply.com maintains the rights to change, update, or modify this policy statement at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page and it is the customer's responsibility to review this page and to be aware of any changes to the privacy policy.

Shipping

Most orders are processesd and shipped the same day, as long as they are submitted before 2pm CST.  We primarily ship UPS and FEDEX.  The carrier will sometimes depend on speed of delivery or product being shipped.  We may also ship some small product in flat rate USPS Priority packaging.  Flat rate shipping charges listed with our items do not apply to international purchases.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders.  All payments are to be made in US Dollars. Customer is responsible for any fees associated with the exchange from your currency to US Dollars. For international transactions, Vettesupply.com will not accept Credit Cards for payment. We will accept international payment by Paypal or Direct Bank Wire Transfer.  

• Direct Bank Wire Transfer - Vettesupply.com will provide all the neccesary bank information for the customer to deposit the monies for your purchase directly into a special account for international Orders. Customer is responsible for all fees associated with a wire transfer, but these fees are usually small and are paid directly to your bank at the time of the wire transfer.
• Processing Fee- Vettesupply.com charges a $25 flat fee to cover all the necessary time and forms to ship your product internationally.
• Other Fees (Import Taxes, Brokerage, VAT, etc...) The customer is responsible upon delivery for any and all additional fees for the importation of a package. Vettesupply.com is not able to estimate or pay for any of these fees. If you are concerned or would like to know more about these fees, please speak to the importing shipping company (UPS or your Postal Service) before placing an order.
• International Shipping Charges-  Some of the products on VetteSupply.com have flat rate ship charges.  You may contact us for a shipping quote, or you may purchase the product and we will contact you with the remaining shipping charge balance after we receive your order.

Returns 

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#) obtained by emailing us with your order#. A $5.00 administrative fee will be charged on any item that is returned without an RGA#. Items must be returned immediately after issuance of RGA#.

Damaged Parts

All items must be inspected within 5 days of shipment arrival.  All parts shipped are insured for the amount of purchase. Delivery of the products in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged or missing merchandise, immediately notify the carrier (UPS, truck freight company, etc.) and Vettesupply.com. Keep all shipping materials (box, packing, etc.) intact until an inspection can be made by the carrier.  Do not return the parts directly to us, as our shipping department cannnot accept unauthorized returns.

Sales Tax

VetteSupply.com charges sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. VetteSupply.com has a business "presence" in the state of Illinois, therefore we are required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws in that state.

Pricing

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
